Monday to Friday, 7AM – 6PM
Saturday, 8 AM – 4 PM
Sunday, 8 AM – 11 AM / 3 PM – 5 PM
Pick Up / Drop Off
DEPARTURE: Monday - Saturday: Must be picked up before 1pm to avoid being charged for this day. Sunday: Must be picked up before 11am to avoid the day's charged. (Closed 11am - 3pm on Sundays) We do not accept arrivals or departures after our regular scheduled business hours. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes outside of our regular scheduled business hours you will incur an afterhours fee of $25.00.
Limited Hours
We are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and July 4th. All other holidays open 3PM - 5PM only.
Holidays
New Years Eve: 8AM - 1PM and New Years Day: 3PM - 5PM
Veterinary Warranty Fee
A flat rate fee of $7.00 is charged per stay, per pet, to cover the Veterinary Warranty Fee. This covers any vet bill up to $500.00 while your pet is in our care and for 72 hours afterwards for any KENNEL RELATED illness. Exclusions include: canine cough; upper respiratory infections; illnesses related to pre-existing conditions; injuries caused by two dogs boarding together at owners request; pets over 10 years old for age related illnesses and intestinal parasites.
Transportation
We require 24 hours notice for transportation services to certain areas. We cannot guarantee time frames for pickup and delivery although the service window is generally between 10AM - 2PM Monday through Saturday. There is no transportation Wednesday, Saturday, Sundays, or holidays.
Kennel/Boarding Immunization Policy
- Dogs must have current proof of Rabies, DHLP-Parvo and Bordetella. Canine Influenza H3N8 and H3N2 is highly recommended.
- Must have updated vaccinations 7-10 days prior to boarding/daycare.
- Cats must have current proof of Rabies and Distemper. Feline leukemia vaccination is recommended.
